I finished reading The Night Circus, and I have to say I would definitely recommend in to someone. The ending wasn't quite what I was expecting, but it was a very good ending. I'll give more detailed thoughts on what I thought about different aspects of the book later, but for now I'll just say it was a great read. Back to studying for Histology!

The Night Circus has been very interesting throughout, but it was one I could set down when I needed to. That was until the Enchanted Umbrella scene. I won't put out any spoilers, but I haven't been able to put it down since then. The story has become completely captivating, just like circus itself.

I love a good romance. I think an ill-fated romance can make just about any book better. The Night Circus doesn't disappoint in that regard. The game players have met. The possibility for tragedy is fabulous!

The Night Circus (Erin Morgenstern)

I haven't finished the whole book, just the sample I downloaded, but I have to say I'm intrigued. I will definitely be finishing the book.

What makes me want to read the rest?

The first section grabs your interest right away when a circus appears seemingly out of nowhere and says it only opens at night. In the next section you meet the main characters and learn about the game. I won't say more than that because I don't want to spoil anything, but trust me, the game promises to be very interesting and probably a little twisted.
