Promotions Policy

Review Policy as of 1/2013

I am always happy to help promote other authors, though. If you need help spreading the word about a sale, new release, or cover reveal, feel free to email me at

I am also happy to accept guest posts, author interviews, giveaways, or promote an event related to the book.

I do NOT post anything not appropriate for teenage audiences, which means to erotica, graphic violence, or profanity on covers, in excerpts, or in other promotional posts.

If your event or promo follows these guidelines, I'd be happy to post your announcements.

  1. I am enjoying your site! I'm an archaeologist and a college professor, and my archaeological mystery - American Caliphate - was published in April. Can I sent it to you for review?

    William Doonan

    1. William,
I looked into your book and it sounds very interesting. I would love the chance to review it. If you could send me the details at I can schedule a date to feature your book.

  2. Found you on Goodreads. May I add my book to your "to do" review list? It's a paranormal mystery, "Reluctant Medium." I'm a new book author, but not new to writing, having been a journalist. If you'd like to check out my blog for more info:

Thanks for reading, G G Collins

  3. Do you offer book tours? My YA mystery ( will be on B&N shelves next month. If you don't, do you have any suggestions?

    Thanks so much,

    1. Ray, thanks for stopping by my blog! I don't schedule blog tours at this time, but I do participate in them. I'd be happy to do a spotlight for you when you're book comes out. If you're looking to do a tour, I have done several with with Angela Fristoe and she's done a great job. Here's a link to her blog if you're interested.

  4. "I do not enjoy books with heavy profanity, graphic violence or sex, or racist themes"

Then you probably won't like "Salty and The Serpent is a gripping new crime thriller that will keep readers guessing until the very last page. Using a raw tone that explores society’s underbelly, this exhilarating novel follows a basic patrol officer from a sector car to being a detective while finding himself in a few high profile cases along the way. A pulp fiction novel that uses strong street language and sexual overtones, this unique thriller will captivate readers with its grittiness and keep them coming back for more"
